This documentary style film follows a group of western Silat practitioners venturing into the highlands of West Sumatra where they are to meet their teacher's last remaining teacher, tucked away in the outskirts of Bukittinggi. There, they meet and train with traditional Silek Tuo exponents and experience the beauty of the Indonesian people, Indonesian culture, their customs and traditions.
